Is there a membership fee or contract?

There is no enrollment fee and no contract to sign. Your first payment will be processed within 48 business hours, after which all membership benefits and discounts will be activated. Please note that a minimum 3-month commitment is required to join.

How does the program work?

Each month you will be billed based on your selected membership tier, providing you with one spa credit. Credits may only be used for services within your chosen package category. If a service falls outside your package, members receive 10% off — however, spa credits cannot be applied. Credits may not be used for services in other package tiers, even lower ones. If you have rolled over credits, you may use multiple credits in a single visit — oldest credits are applied first.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your membership renews automatically each month on the date you enrolled. Please allow 48 hours for payment to process before your credit becomes available. We recommend against using a debit card for membership billing. If payment fails, your account will be frozen until the balance is resolved. If payment cannot be collected after 1–3 months, available spa credits may be applied toward the outstanding balance and the account will be closed.

What services can I use my spa credit for?

You may select one service per month from within your membership category, subject to availability. If a service falls outside your package, members receive 10% off, but spa credits cannot be applied. Credits may not be used across different package tiers, even lower ones.

Can I roll over unused credits?

Yes. Unused credits may roll over for up to 6 months. We encourage members to use their credit each month. Oldest credits are always applied first.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. Members may freeze their account once per year for up to 3 months at a $15.00/month holding fee. Credits cannot be redeemed while your account is on hold, and your account must be current to access any membership benefits. After 3 months, the membership automatically renews unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes. Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier up to twice per year.

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the spa credit used to book the appointment. Members who wish to retain their credit may instead pay 50% of the original service price.

Can my family or friends use my membership pricing?

No. Membership pricing and services are for the member only and are non-transferable. Only the member may use their monthly spa credits and services.

Can I use a gift certificate toward my membership?

The membership program is set up for automatic credit card billing only. Dollar-amount gift certificates may be applied toward additional services or gratuity. Gift certificates issued for specific services must be used for those services.

Will my membership fees increase?

EBJ Day Spa reserves the right to modify services, pricing, packages, and policies at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or phone. If services must be altered or discontinued due to county or safety guidelines, no reimbursement will be issued.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice. To cancel, please complete our Cancellation Form or email contact@ebjspa.com. Cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written reply from us. Upon cancellation, access to membership pricing and discounts ends immediately. One final billing cycle will occur during the 30-day notice period. Members who cancel may not re-enroll for a minimum of one year.

Remaining credits may be used as follows:

• Fewer than 6 billing cycles — Credits are valid for the final 30 days of membership.

• 6 or more billing cycles — Credits are valid for up to 6 months after cancellation.

Spa credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

How do I enroll?

Enrollment can be completed by selecting a package online or visiting EBJ Day Spa & Salon in person. A valid credit card must be entered into our system to activate your membership. Applications are processed within 72 business hours, and a confirmation email will be sent upon approval.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, debit cards, and PayPal (Mastercard/Visa logo only). We do not accept American Express, checks, money orders, or COD.

Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between EBJ Day Spa & Salon (Esthetics By Jeanette) and you (the Client).

• Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current with EBJ Day Spa.

• All guests must follow spa rules and regulations. EBJ Day Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time.

• EBJ Day Spa reserves the right to modify services, pricing, packages, and policies at any time, with or without notice.

• Gratuity is not included in membership dues. Tips for our practitioners are always optional and greatly appreciated.

• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the member and EBJ Day Spa. No employee or representative is authorized to make representations beyond what is stated here. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and any other material, this agreement shall govern.

 

By enrolling in the EBJ Day Spa & Salon Membership Program and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Continued monthly payment serves as ongoing confirmation of that consent.
