How does this work?
Each month you will be billed an amount based on the membership that you have selected. This will give you one spa credit. Based on the membership that you have chosen; you will be allowed to pick only from that package category. If you have rolled over a spa credit, you may use multiple spa credits (that you have accrued) in a day. If a service is not in your package, you can get 10% off of that service as a member, but you can not use spa credit. You may not use other services in other packages (even if below your package)
Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program?
There is no membership fee to start the spa membership program. Your first payment will give you one spa credit will process within 48 business hours.
HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP DURATION?
Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.
When will my credit card be charged every month?
Your Spa Membership payment will be billed each month on the day you signed up. Allow 48 hours for your credit card payment to be processed and approved to ensure your credit is available the 1st of the month. For this reason we recommend that you do not use a debit card for your spa membership. If payment does not process your account will be frozen and nable to redeem points until brought current. If payment can not be collected after 2-3 months, we will use spa credits for payment and close out the account,
Can I cancel the program?
You may cancel your membership at anytime, with a 30 day written notice. Immediately upon cancelation you will not have access to special pricing or discounts, and will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum of one year. If you have been a member with us for less than 6 billing cycles, you may use your spa credits for the last 30 days of your membership. If you have been a member for over 6 billing cycles, you have 6 months to use final spa credits. Spa credits have zero cash value and are not refundable. During you 30 day cancellation period you will occur a final billing cycle. To cancel your membership please complete our Cancellation Form. or you can email email@example.com, Your membership will not be cancelled until you receive an email response from us confirming your cancellation.
Can my family or friend get my Spa membership pricing?
Your Spa Membership Pricing is non-transferable.
Can I share my services with others?
No, only the member may use their monthly services.
Do I have to use the services each month?
We encourage you to use your services each month in the month they are billed. Should a situation arise that you cannot come in one month you may carry it over and use the next month (6-month max roll over).
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
The spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. Our automated spa booking system automatically uses your spa gold credit 24 hours before as payment for your service so you will lose the ability to use that credit later. Rule of thumb is if you think you may not be able to keep the appointment cancel it. Should things change you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.
Will my Spa Membership Program Fees increase?
Should we add or change our membership packages, offerings or policies, you will receive an email or phone call detailing changes. In accordance with county and safety guidelines, if we must change or stop doing services or amenities; there is no reimbursement.
I received a Gift Certificate for the spa, can I use it towards my Spa Membership Program?
The Spa Membership Program is set up for automatic billing of your credit card only. Your spa credit each month is tied directly to your credit card payment processing. Any dollar amount gift certificates may be used towards any additional services you have or tips to the service providers. Gift certificates purchased for specific services must be used for those obtained.
How can I enroll in the EBJ Membership Program?
We've made it easy to enroll by selecting one of the packages above. You are always welcome to enroll at our EBJ Day Spa & Salon Concierge. It takes 72 business hours to process your application. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email.
May I upgrade or downgrade my program?
You may upgrade or downgrade at anytime during your membership, up to twice a year.
Can I put my membership on hold?
You may put your membership on hold for a period of 3 months once a year. We charge a $15.00 per month holding fee. You will not be able to use any credits while your membership is on hold. Your account must be current to use any membership credits.

Membership terms & Conditions
This agreement is between EBJ Day Spa & Salon (Esthetics By Jeanette) and you (The Client)
Starting The Program:
No contract to sign. Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month. Payments are billed 30 days from date of purchase for the following month’s spa credit which is available once payment is cleared.
To start, we need to charge your credit card the first month, this will give you one spa credit.
Spa membership credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded for any reasons.
Rollover Privileges - Members may rollover any unused services to the following month, up to 6 months. Oldest services will be used first.
Membership Freeze - Members may freeze their account for up to 3 months, a $15.00 monthly service fee will apply. After 3 months the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled. If 30 days notice is not given, final spa credit is forfeited. (Please see leaving the program for additional information.)
Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 30 days after your last payment.
Members must notify EBJ Day Spa of any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. EBJ Day Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
EBJ Day Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing at anytime with/ without notice.
Forms of payment: We currently accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards and PayPal with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept American Express, checks, money orders or COD as payment.
You may choose one service from your membership category in a day, per month, under your Spa Membership Monthly Program. Of course this is based on availability.
You will pay the same low prices for additional qualified services in your membership program, 10% off for all non-qualifying services.

Leaving The Program:

Cancel Any time. If 30 days notice is not given, final spa credit is forfeited.
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. Please email notice of your cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel, you will be ineligible to rejoin for a minimum period of one year. If you are a member more than 4 regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services for a period of up to 1 years, as each spa gold credit expires two year from each of their original payment dates.
If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service.
Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services. You will have 30days to use all spa credits.
The Spa membership Program is designed for you to use the credit each month. Spa Membership credits for services expire 1 year from the date they were billed.
Should the spa relocate or close, the spa has no financial responsibility for any unused credits where the member did not use the credit the month it was accrued for.
Rely only on information in this term and agreement. No person has been authorized to give any information or make any representation not contained in this membership plan, and if given or made, such information or representation must not be relied upon as having been authorized by the spa. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the spa membership, any verbal or written material, the Terms and Conditions shall govern.
Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity
Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Your optional tips are still MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners.
Joining the Spa Membership Program and continued monthly payment indicates full agreement to these terms and conditions.
