ARRIVAL + ETTIQUITE

CHECK-IN

We require that you arrive to the Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide you with enough time to change and make use of our beautiful spa facility. You service begins at your scheduled time, Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment. You will be charged in full. For 8:30 a.m. appointments, please check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Due to early scheduling, times may vary as this is the opening appointment.

Spa lockers are only available for spa and massage clients. If you would like a locker to use the facilities, or are with a party you can book a locker for an additional $15.00.

SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, any physical limitations, special needs, or if you are pregnant. If you have any type of medical condition, please bring it to our attention when booking your appointment as certain treatments may not be recommended.

PRIVACY + QUIET POLICY

The Spa is dedicated to maintaining an environment of peace and tranquility. Please help us by respecting our atmosphere of privacy and quiet. Please turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime without reason.
