RESERVATIONS

 

• Reservations may be made by calling the spa reception desk at 916-486-8338, or on line at www.ebjspa.com

• A credit card guarantee is required to secure your appointment for services of two or more, parties of 2 or more, and all-day spa appointments. Full payment is required for holidays.

​

• We strongly recommend scheduling appointments in advance.

​

• If you have any special physical or medical considerations, please notify the spa when you make your reservation so that we might best prepare for your treatment.

​

• All guests of the spa must be at least 16 years old.

• ​

• You have the option of requesting any of our providers; please be aware that a request is simply that. We can not guarantee that provider will be available, however we will always try or best to accommodate.

• We are pleased to provide our spa guests with a fresh spa California cuisine for a nominal charge. Should you choose to bring in your own food or beverage there will be a charge per person.

ARRIVAL + ETTIQUITE 

 

CHECK-IN

We require that you arrive to the Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will provide you with enough time to change and make use of our beautiful spa facility. You service begins at your scheduled time, Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment. You will be charged in full.

 

Spa robes, slippers, and a locker will be provided upon your arrival to the Spa. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during treatments. All our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure that your complete comfort and privacy is always maintained.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing or accessories and suggest that you do not bring valuables to the Spa.

​

• Please turn off all cell phones and pagers within the Spa to enhance everyone’s experience. Video recording in Spa or during treatments is strictly prohibited. 

​

• All aspects of treatment can be modified to meet your needs.

​

• If you have any type of medical condition, please bring it to our attention when booking your appointment as certain treatments may not be recommended.

 

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We currently accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards. We cannot accept American Express, checks, money orders or COD as payment. We do not accept split payments and have a limit of 2 forms of payment per transaction. 

Gift Certificates used as a form of payment must be present when redeeming, no exceptions.  Gift certificates can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we reserve the time especially for you, we ask at least 24 hours advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. As is customary, failure to provide notice will result in a 50% billing of scheduled services.

 

Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time, without compromising the next appointment. You will be charged in full.

 

SHAVING 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal process. We do however recommend that men shave up to two hours before schedule facial treatments.

 

SPECIAL HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please notify our spa concierge if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, any physical limitations, special needs, or if you are pregnant.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

All Spa guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment. Guests under 16 may enjoy most of our services when accompanied by an adult.

 

PRIVACY + QUIET POLICY

The Spa is dedicated to maintaining an environment of peace and tranquility. Please help us by respecting our atmosphere of privacy and quiet. Please turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of relaxation, health and beauty to the special people in your life. 

Gift  certificate must be present for redemption, no exceptions. Gift Certificate prices are only valid one year from issue date and

can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
