Below is important information regarding your upcoming appointment. Please read carefully. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the spa.
Ratio: 1 person per service provider per client; please do not bring children, family members, and friends (one adult may accompany a minor).
• Before your Arrival:
o Complete the Client Screening Form the day of your service. This will be collected at the door prior to entry into the building. If you were unable to print a copy prior to your appointment, we will provide you one. It is located at the end of this letter (paperclip).
o Please bring your own sanitized mask for wear while you are in the salon/spa.
o We are accepting all forms of payment: cash/credit card
• Upon your Arrival:
o Park in the parking lot, call the salon or text us of your arrival 916-486-8338.
o Once your service provider’s area has been properly sanitized you will be given the OK to enter and your service provider will meet you.
o Upon entry, you will provide your completed Client Screening form or complete one.
o You will have your temperature taken and be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
o All tools needed for your service will have been sanitized as well as the area in which your service is being completed.
o During this time, we will not be serving beverages or offering magazines. You are welcome to bring in our own bottled beverage and reading material.
• After your Service Is Complete:
o We will check to see if your next appointment is booked and process your payment method. Once completed, you will exit.
• Additional Safety Precautions:
o Service providers will be wearing masks at all times.
o Service provider will wash his/her hands immediately before beginning your service.
o Service providers will wash their hands after each client.
o All work areas and tools will be properly sanitized between each client.
o Due to Covid restrictions we are no longer allowed to offer: showers, steam room, dry sauna, and foot bowl service. At this time we are not able to compensate for any restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE: COLOR/HAIR SERVICES
o Sanitized cape provided. Shampoo services, complete blowouts and color/cut provided.
o Change into color capes not provided. We suggest wearing clothing you do not mind getting discolored.
Out of respect for everyone we will not accept sick clients. If you are in close contact with or become sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact the salon to cancel your appointment and reschedule Thank you for your business and trust in EBJ.
